Every digital tool must evolve in line with the needs of those who use it every day. It is with this aim in mind that the new X.Utility has been launched – the members’ area dedicated to Relax retailers. The dashboard, configurator and final quotation screen now feature a revamped, more modern and intuitive design, along with a number of new features. This change makes the user experience even simpler, more enjoyable and more effective.
A fresh look, the same reliability
The best innovations are often those that improve daily work without altering established habits. This is the philosophy that guided the X.Utility redesign.
The project focused on three key sections of the portal:
- Dashboard
- Configurator
- Configuration summary screen
The features remain the same, with one major new addition. However, the way information is presented has changed, thanks to a cleaner, more consistent, and contemporary design that makes navigation even more intuitive.
The goal is to offer a more pleasant, organized, and intuitive work environment, where every element is easy to locate and every task feels natural.

The focus has been primarily on the quality of the user experience. A more modern design, harmonized visual elements, and improved information organization make it easier to find your way around, reducing the time needed to locate the desired functions.
Dashboard: cleaner, more harmonious and more intuitive
The dashboard serves as the gateway to all the portal’s main features and is where every activity begins.
Its redesign follows a clear philosophy: simplifying without changing. The available functions are, in fact, exactly the same, but they are presented with a completely updated visual style, characterised by a fresher, minimalist and consistent design.
Regular users of X.Utility will find all the tools they are already familiar with, but set within a revamped graphical interface that makes interaction even more intuitive.

Configurator: new 3D viewer
The configurator now features a new function designed to make visualising the final result even more intuitive: the new 3D viewer.
Once configuration is complete, you will be able to view the shower enclosure directly in the selected glass finishes and profiles, providing a more concrete and realistic representation of the choices made.
A dedicated button on the summary screen allows you to open the viewer in a dedicated pop-up window. From here, you can rotate the shower enclosure and examine it closely, simply by moving the mouse to explore the product from different angles.

A clearer final screen
The final screen has been completely redesigned from a graphical perspective, with the aim of making all information more legible, organised and easy to consult.
The layout of the content now follows a clearer structure, allowing you to quickly identify all the key information. The printing of quotes has also been optimised: documents are now produced in portrait A4 format.
